She created the roles of Dorinda and Arcano (''Il pastor fido'' and ''Teseo'', respectively), and also sang in ''Rinaldo''. After leaving Italian opera she performed in the masques Johann Pepusch, and worked for John Rich in various pantomimes and English-language operas.
